The website and our services
Aribify offers digital product landing pages, local business websites, digital storefronts, digital invitations, personal love and letter websites, and custom web development. Website examples are illustrative or credited design references; they are not claims of client results. Services and optional features are only included when specified in an accepted proposal.
These terms explain our general approach. A project-specific proposal and Service Agreement must identify the contracting parties, correspondence details, deliverables, price and applicable documents before you accept. Sending an enquiry, selecting a service or opening a policy does not place an order.
Quotation, price and payments
Your written quotation states the work included, exclusions, currency, taxes where applicable, payment stages, third-party costs and any validity period. There is no universal deposit, price or payment timetable implied by this website.
Work starts only through the agreed acceptance and start-confirmation process. Additional work or third-party purchases require your approval of the relevant scope and cost. We do not insert optional paid items or marketing subscriptions into a project automatically. Hosting plans purchased from a third party are governed by that provider’s purchase terms.
Scope, timelines and feedback
The project agreement sets milestones, client inputs, supported devices and browsers, revision allowances and acceptance criteria. You supply accurate information, authorised assets and timely feedback through the agreed contact. We explain any effect that missing inputs or third-party delays have on the timeline and agree a revised plan.
Requests outside the agreed scope are documented with their cost and timing implications before implementation. A revision allowance does not remove your rights to a remedy for work that fails agreed requirements. Silence is not automatically treated as acceptance unless a lawful, specific acceptance process is expressly agreed for that project.
Ownership, licences and handover
You retain rights in the material you supply and permit us to use it for the agreed project. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions for supplied photographs, personal messages, logos, fonts and music. We discuss privacy and visibility before publishing personal or guest information.
The project agreement identifies the final work transferred or licensed to you, when that happens, and what remains third-party or pre-existing material. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock material and open-source code keep their own licences. We do not promise ownership of material that cannot legally be transferred.
Handover specifies files, accounts, credentials or permissions, editing guidance and any licences or subscriptions you need to maintain. We do not assume permission to publish a private project in our portfolio; that must be separately agreed.
Platforms, support and results
Platform choice, hosting, domain registration, integrations, maintenance and post-launch support are scoped explicitly. External providers can change services, prices and technical requirements. We will identify important dependencies; their subscriptions are not included unless your proposal says so.
Design and development cannot guarantee search rankings, sales, revenue, uninterrupted third-party service or a particular conversion rate. This does not excuse a failure to deliver the work or standard promised in the agreement.
Cancellation, complaints and mandatory rights
The Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains cancellation receipt, deductions, deficient services and refund timing. There is no automatic loss of all payments simply because work started.
Raise a concern with hello@aribify.com, including your project reference and the outcome you seek. We will discuss a practical resolution and applicable remedies. Nothing here removes non-excludable consumer rights or lawful complaint channels. No exclusive court location, compulsory arbitration clause or blanket liability exclusion is imposed by this page.
New website wording does not retrospectively reduce an existing customer’s agreed rights. Material project changes require a documented agreement and must comply with applicable law.
